Guideline for USA Skilled-Nominated (Provisional) Visa

The skilled nominated provisional visa is for skilled people which are invited for US state or territory. The person to whom this visa is issued can stay in regional or any other area defined by the US state.

In order to apply, you first need to submit an EOI (Expression of interest) through skill select. If the applicant has secure sponsorship from an eligible family member or relative and meet basic necessities of experience and qualification for this visa, applicant would get an invitation to Apply (ITA).

Application Eligibility criteria:

Eligibility criteria can be described in the following points:

• To apply visa applicants must be invited
• Applicants must show the age under 50 years
• For the requested skill applicants must show that they are matching to the required criteria.
• For immigration points test applicants must score at least 60 points.
• Skills assessment is strictly required  
• Language proficiency is also necessary to show for the applicants.
• Sound health and good character are strictly assessed

In case of skilled sponsored nominated migration, applicant is given 10 extra points in the points test for having sponsorship from state. If the applicant meets the above requirements, an EOI is lodged with DIBP; the applicant is invited to apply after EOI is selected. After that an application for migration can be lodged with DIBP.

US State Sponsored Visa Processa

It is three step application process which is as follows:

Step1              In the 1^st step, skills are by the government body of US. Department of immigration and border protection evaluates the skill level of the applicant and check whether its skills are set for required designation or not.

Step2              After skills are assessed by the government body, applicant submits expression of interest through skill set.

Step3              Department of immigration and border protection approves and you will get visa.

After getting visa you must have the following rights as in USA:

• Working and living freedom.
• You will also get the opportunity to continue your study.
• You are allowed to move anywhere during this visa validity.
• After meeting with the certain requirements you will also be allowed to get permanent residence.
