General Rules For Immigration To USA

1.             Age

Applicants must be Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), i.e. applicant must be 18 or over 18 years old. Applicant must be under 50 at the time of application.

2.             English Language

The applicant should have good English speaking ability to work and live in USA. They should have to score at least six bands in all the four levels of IELTS.

3.             Qualification

The applicant must possess higher secondary education. Qualification requirements is generally not fixed but it varies from profession to profession. The most important thing is that qualification should match with the skilled occupation selected.

4.             Nominated Occupation

In order to apply for the US skilled immigration program the applicant must needs to nominate an occupation from skilled occupation list. The selected occupation must matches with the qualification.

In case qualification is not mentioned it will show that applicant is not eligible to apply for the immigration visa.

5.             Recent Work Experience

Recent work experience also varies from profession to profession. Generally it is demanded that applicant must have at least 1 year of working in the last two years in the nominated occupation.

6.             Skills Assessment

The skills should be assessed by skills assessing authority.  Every occupation depending on its rating draws a certain number of points. Before applying, the skills should be assessed in comparison to nominated occupation.

7.             Health Assessment

In order to apply for immigration visa for any country, you should possess good health. You should not be suffering from any devastating and dangerous disease. Medical examination centers are there to assess your health report.

8.             Character Assessment

The aspirants must possess good character. Applicant must not have any criminal record or he should not be a part of any criminal group. Applicants must possess good moral character.
