Guideline for Italy Skilled Nominated Provisional Visa

The skilled nominated provisional visa is for skilled people who are invited for Italy through some organizational invitation. The persons after getting visa permission can have the stay in regional or any other defined area.

For this category the applicants are asked to apply for “Expressions of Interest (EOI)” and other announced requirements by the Government. Following are the requirement to earn this category visa for Italy.

Application Eligibility criteria:

Applicants who will show the following requirements will be eligible:

• Applicants must have an invitation letter.
• Applicants no more aged than 50n years
• Applicants must meet with the selected skills’ requirements and qualification.  
• Applicants who will get the score 60-75 in the point test are eligible to apply.  
• At the time to submit application, the applicants would also be asked for English Language Proficiency, sound health and good character.

Step1              In the 1^st step, skills are by the government body of Italy. Department of immigration and border protection evaluates the skill level of the applicant and check whether its skills are set for required designation or not.

Step2              After skills are assessed by the government body, applicant submits expression of interest through skill set.

Step3              Department of immigration and border protection approves and you will get visa.

Entitlements                                       

This category of Visa allows you to have the following entitlements:

• Applicant can work and live in regional area of Italy.
• Applicants would be allowed to get the study opportunity
• Applicant can move out of Italy as long as visa is valid.
• On the behalf of this visa applicants can also apply for permanent residence.
